INTERNATIONAL PARCEL POST SHIPMENTS
ARE SUBJECT TO A $10.00 SECURITY FEE.
Tax: Florida residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Add 20% (Minimum $15.00) if order is to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.


SHIPPING
Wiggles N' Tunes will always ship via the most economical carrier, which in most instances will be UPS or Fed-x Ground. In the event UPS or Fed-x ground doesn't serve your area, or if you do not have a street address, we'll ship by U.S. mail. Some very large orders may require motor freight. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Most product arrival times are between 2-12 business days from time of purchase, depending upon shipping options selected, delivery location,and warehouse availability. UPS ground or fed-x ground which is the most common shipping method used will take between 4-7 business days within the lower 48 United States. Shipping and Handling rates subject to change without notice.


PAYMENT
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal on orders within the lower 48 contiguous United States. For orders outside the contiguous United States we will accept payment by American Express or Paypal only. You can pay with Mastercard, Visa or American Express via Paypal by registering the card in your PayPal account. We can NOT accept money orders or personal checks at this time.


RETURNS TERMS AND POLICIES All sales are final.
Returning Merchandise: Returns are accepted only for Defective Merchandise only. Please contact us within 3 business days after you receive your merchandise if there is a problem, you will be required to obtain a return authorization code, contact us. We will replace the defective items free of charge once the damaged item is returned to us with a return authorization. SHIPPING DAMAGE In the rare case your order, in whole or inpart, is damaged by a carrier, the claim must be filed with the carrier. We will replace defective merchandise, but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier. Please contact us if you item is damaged by the freight carrier, we will help you process the claim.


CANCELLED ORDERS

If you need to cancel an order after you have completed the check-out process, please Call immediately.  Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped and all sales are final.

If you wish to cancel an order prior to taking delivery of the merchandise, your account will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee or 30% (whichever is greater). Please include your date of order, payment method, mailing address, or a copy of your invoice with your request. Send a cancel request.


ORDER FULFILLMENT
We will process all available items within 3-5 business days of receiving verification of your payment, in some instances, due to order volume and that some of our products are homemade, some items may not be available for immediate shipment. We will ship as much of your order as is available and notify you of any items on back-order. At this point, you would have the option to cancel that portion of your order for a full refund (minus any shipping charges already incurred). If a product is completely out of stock, you will be notified and that portion of your order will be refunded (minus any shipping charges already incurred). Shipping charges are not refundable.


SPECIAL EVENTS DELIVERY!
If you are shopping for any special occasion (birthdays,weddings, etc.), we recommend ordering two weeks in advance to make sure your order arrives in time. This gives our company and shipping carrier enough time to get your order to you!
